		Continuous operations at the facility since the spring of 1992. Notable projects include: integration of lighting with the building automation system; building automation system backbone replacement; sound system replacement; sports lighting maintenance and luminary upgrades; numerous concession projects, fiber optic backbone for TV broadcast, Speed Pitch system, fiber and power for new LED scoreboards and display boards.

		On-going projects began in June of 1998 include: power and fiber for the SACO scoreboard and advertising panels; power and fiber for LED advertising panels, several luxury suite renovation projects; club level lighting, TV and power upgrades; along with various concession upgrades.

		Primarily through close relationships with Brawner Contracting Co., Malstrom electric has been the “go-to” electrical contractor for the director of Facility Maintenance, Light Rail Division. Projects, begun in 1994 and continued to this day, include: station lighting and power maintenance, station lighting upgrades, station retro-fits, electrical improvements to the North Avenue and Cromwell Maintenance Facilities, stand-by emergency generator distribution system at Cromwell Maintenance Facility; and a system wide station utility cabinet replacement.

		Work at Bally, initiated in 1999, continues today and includes projects such as; stand-by emergency generator distribution system for their national data center hub; UPS power and circuit additions; as well as critical load planning and distribution.

		We like to think Malstrom Electric, Inc. shares the same business philosophy with our long time customer Advance Business Systems. During a relationship that has spanned two decades, projects include; electrical fit-out of the additional wing of their building, introduction of a stand-by emergency generator into the existing building’s electrical distribution system, multiple small lighting, power and tele/data tasks, and routine electrical maintenance.
